We process email addresses, password hashes, home details, photos, booking dates and guest contact details to provide holiday home management and travel information. The operator must specify the legal basis and responsibilities for their actual use.

Credentials are stored as hashes. Personal secret travel links remain accessible for three days after departure. Checklist progress is stored per guest. Share links only with their intended recipient. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

The app sends the entered home address to Apple’s geocoding service to determine its location and suggest a time zone. The server sends the home location to Open-Meteo for weather forecasts. Email uses the configured SMTP provider. Application logs omit travel and password tokens. Home and booking data remain until deleted by their owner; deletion removes associated guests and checklist progress.

Contact the controller for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or complain to your supervisory authority. Before publication the operator must review and complete the legal basis, retention periods, processors and supervisory authority.
